So far, so excellent. I had been a bit upset there weren't any video reviews just
for this product, (youtube, in the company itself etc. ) i really promised myself that I'd make a video demonstration
persons to judge.
The basic issues you want to know: You will find 12 degrees of resistance (I usedto be using resistance level 8).
The computer informs you what number of complete rows you have performed, timeperformed, calories expended or scan through seventy one (My computer have not if this first arrived, but after having a
solid punch it wakened and started working). The resistance is sweet. You will get a good workout with this inexpensive
machine. Storage is best, along with be fooled, 35 pounds is heavy to relocate from room to room. Maintain the
machine near that you plan on using it. Finally, the footstraps were a serious complaint. My complaint regarding the footstraps
is that it doesn't hold your feet securely contrary to the footrests. The clicking noise you hear inside the video
(at the end of each rep) is my heel clicking contrary to the footrest. The footrest dilemma is significantly less
bad as others have made it seem (for me), although strapping the footstraps on properly isn't simple. Help other clients

I have had this rower to get a week now and
it has been working great. The first rower I got myself (an alternative make of rower) eradicated after 15 min
people, nevertheless the Stamina Body Glider is well-built and very easy to use. The instruction booklet is extremely clear. It
only took a short while to put the device together.


The amount of resistance is adjustable andalso the machine is quite quiet. The one noise you hear originates from the shock absorber type device which offers
the resistance. It looks and seems like a far more expensive device, but provides same form of workout that those
higher priced models provide. Relatively lightweight, the Stamina Body Glider measures around 35lbs. The sunshine weight makes it simplallows you
to maneuver the machine around. I will be thoroughly satisfied with this machine thus far and I would recommend it
to anybody who is looking to get a rower. Help other customers find the most helpful reviews

PROS:

a. Real rowing (oar-like) action, instead of just pulling using one T-bar.
b. Comfortabledespite tall people (I'm 6'1').
c. Adjustable rowing tension.
d. A very sturdy, rigid, and well-built frame.
e. Easy to assemble.
f. Takes little room to make use of.
g. Very low cost ($ 120).


CONS:

a. The seat just isn't well padded.
b. The unit creaks and squeaks somewhatuntil it can be warmed-up.
c. No instructions explaining how to actually row properly. (I ran across some terrificvideos and information about the internet, however, that instruct regarding using rowing machines).


You just cannot beatthis Stamina Body Trac Rowing Machine with this really low cost -- it becomes an amazing deal!

The shock is leaking fluid
